and its a cold one. And its one of my favorite months of the year.

Doug, his Mom, Dad, sister Sue and I all open our presents from each other. And then we do dinner at his Aunt Shirleys house with her kids and grandkids. After dinner we head home to play with the new toys we just got. Then its off to bed cause Santa comes in the morning.
Every year but last year Doug and I went out and partied. But this year I think we may just stay home and party at home again.

This is always a great time , the whole family gets together at my aunt and uncles large mansion and pigs out on food. Plus then we also have my little cousins Franklin's Birthday. But this year we will have another birthday to celebrate as my cousin Dawn is due to have her first baby Blake Michael on the 24th. Afterwards some of us go out to the boat. When this happens Doug and I just stay up the whole time till the next day so we can go shopping. 
, every year I am in that line at the store at 4 am and I am waiting for that certain item I want. Last year I got the ipod touch and it was the best Christmas item I have ever gotten from Doug. Then the rest of the day its chillin being lazy in our chairs till we go out later that night.

this year Sue and I hope we have nice weather because last year on Friday it was in the 70's and Sat when we headed to Silver Dollar City it got down to 30 degrees it was so cold that they shut down all the rides.
this is the best Roller Coaster I have ever been on. I think Sue and I rode that thing 4 times in a row and I finally had to quit cause I was getting a little queasy.

Day. This is one of my favorite holidays, I miss the times when I would go around my neighborhood trick or treating and dressing up in those cute little outfits. At school every year they had a costume contest it was alot of fun and I actually won one year thanks to my Aunt Nancy and all her creative costumes and Ideas. That year I won I actually was a Bride that wore a real wedding dress that she cut down and sewn to fit me. I think my little Cousins Ruth and Lizzy got it later on for their dress up collection. Now I cant wait to have kids of my own to dress up and take trick or treating. One year not sure when I hope to have a Halloween Party at the house. I want to deck the house out all scary looking and serve some spooky, creepy foods.

Time.
, this has always been a special day for me. You see when I was in grade school, my school on Grandparents Day would alow all grandparents to join us at lunch time, my grandma joined me every year. My grandma and I were very close and we spent alot of time together. When my mom wasnt taken care of me usually my grandma was. This past year my grandma past away from and evil disease "Cancer". Before the cancer my grandma was the healthiest person, very strong and probably doing better than some of her own kids. But now she is in heaven free from all her pain and suffering. I love you MawMaw Rest in Peace and see you again one day.
This is always a good time, but you never know where we will be. A few times we went to the park and watched them set off fireworks there, its a pretty big show and they have rides and games. After that we head back to our house were family and friends come over and we set off the few we bought. Then other times we are down at the farm having a trash can dinner and for everyone that dont know what that is, it is where you cook any vegetable and meat you like or want in a trash can sounds strange but It will be one of the best meals you will ever eat. Then after dinner when it gets dark, all the men get together and go down to the end of the lake and set off about $1000 dollars worth of fireworks that everyone pitched money in for. After the fireworks are done we get a poker game or two going.
Also in July we should have lots of BBQ's,
