Wake up at 5:00 am

Jump in the shower

Ready by 6:00 am

Grab a cup of coffee, leave to goto work

Arrive at work at 6:30 am

check newspaper online

check blog

do all paperwork do for the day

9:00 break time

go to post office get mail

run to gas station grab soda and snack

go back and work some more

11:00 am lunch time

11:30 lunch ends go back to work

3:00 go home from work

3:30 sit in chair and watch tv unless its a bowling night

6:00 Cook dinner or eat at bowling alley

9:30 go to bed or drive home from bowling alley.

Sleep till its time to do it all over again.
